baji55 Terms & Conditions

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the baji55 website, mobile interface, and all associated services available at baji55.onl.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered an Account and uses the Platform.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any financial stake placed on a game outcome or sporting event via the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by baji55 that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player from their own financial accounts, net of any withdrawals and losses.

2.1 To register an Account and use the baji55 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or automated system).
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated by baji55 for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of a third party.

2.2 You may hold only one Account on the Platform at any time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of the payment method, device, or IP address used — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

2.3 You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. baji55 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify this information at any time.

2.4 baji55 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

3.2 Any activity conducted through your Account — whether or not you personally authorised it — is your sole responsibility. baji55 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.3 If you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised or that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify baji55 support immediately via live chat.

3.4 baji55 reserves the right to suspend any Account where unusual, suspicious, or potentially fraudulent activity is detected, pending investigation.

4.1 baji55 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

4.2 All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be refused and returned where technically possible. Any winnings generated from a third-party deposit may be voided at baji55's discretion.

4.3 Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the Cashier section of the Platform and are subject to change at baji55's discretion with reasonable prior notice to Players.

4.4 Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated in the Cashier section. Processing times may vary based on the payment method selected and the completion status of any identity verification requirements applicable to your Account.

4.5 baji55 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation — including a government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership — before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by baji55 may result in the cancellation of the withdrawal request.

4.6 Players are responsible for any bank fees, mobile money transfer charges, or other costs imposed by their own payment providers. baji55 does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals unless explicitly stated at the time of the transaction.

5.1 baji55 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, reload bonuses, seasonal promotions, and other incentives to Players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read in full before opting in.

5.2 Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all baji55 bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players aged 21 and above only.
• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds and their associated winnings may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is satisfied.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, and per device.
• baji55 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

5.3 Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, using arbitrage betting strategies, or placing low-variance bets to satisfy wagering requirements — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may lead to Account suspension.

6.1 All casino games offered on the baji55 Platform — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, and baccarat — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical outcomes. Game outcomes are not predetermined or influenced by baji55.

6.2 Sports betting markets and odds are set by baji55 in accordance with standard bookmaking practices. Odds are subject to change before an event commences. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds are locked for that wager.

6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that affects a game or bet in progress, baji55 will follow the applicable game provider's rules for determining the outcome of affected rounds. Where no such rules apply, baji55 may at its discretion void the affected wager and return the stake to the Player's Real Money Balance.

6.4 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the baji55 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Collusion with other Players to influence game outcomes.
• Use of automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform.
• Exploitation of software bugs or errors for financial gain.
• Any form of fraud, money laundering, or provision of false identity documentation.
• Placing bets for the purpose of satisfying bonus wagering requirements without genuine game participation intent.

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, baji55 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or interruption of service.

9.2 baji55 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted, timely, or error-free basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of all or part of the Platform.

9.3 baji55 accepts no responsibility for losses arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, mobile network failures, force majeure events, or third-party payment provider delays.

9.4 Nothing in this clause shall limit baji55's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10.1 baji55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Account has been used for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity.
• The Player is under the age of 21.
• The Player's identity cannot be verified to baji55's satisfaction.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to baji55, other Players, or third parties.

10.2 Upon termination of an Account for breach of these Terms, baji55 reserves the right to withhold any Real Money Balance pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal activity is established, baji55 may report the matter to relevant authorities and cooperate with any resulting investigation.

10.3 A Player may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting baji55 support via live chat. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to the completion of any applicable identity verification.

11.1 baji55 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read alongside these Terms & Conditions.

11.3 baji55 employs SSL encryption on all data transmissions to and from the Platform. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as completely secure, and baji55 cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to the Platform.

12.1 baji55 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

12.2 Where a change is material — for example, a change to withdrawal procedures, bonus forfeiture conditions, or Player eligibility criteria — baji55 will make reasonable efforts to notify active Players via their registered contact method or through a prominent notice on the Platform.
